A cushioned flooring that is totally seamless and therefore hygienic. The top surface, supported by a strong resilient rubber base mat, is made of a poured liquid self leveling wear coat that cures into tough, seamless flexible membrane. The wear coat is then colored with a hard wearing, mar resistant structured top coat to produce a virtually indestructible, seamless, safe and resilient floor.
