EVOFLEX™ WITH ARMORGRIP™ SEAMLESS EQUINE FLOORING
Evoflex™ with Armorgrip™ is a “Mark II“ development of the original Evoflex™ Seamless Polyurethane Flooring System – the new system is also a tough, comfortable, slip resistant hygienic floor. It bears the same unique benefits as its cousin: the floor is totally seamless and impermeable allowing the floor to kept clean and germ free.
Evoflex™ with Armorgrip™ has been specifically developed with the following improvements in mind:
 the desire for a softer surface – we have increased the thickness of the system to 20 mm and introduced a thick but sturdy rubber-foam base mat to provide for more comfort and resilience
 the need for a more anti-slip surface – the surface is coated with Armorgrip™ which is a powerful, long lasting and user-friendly floor coating that offers excellent slip and fall protection while at the same time protecting the overall surface from damage. The Armorgrip™ coating contains specially treated rubber granules [which create the structured finish] that are made from recycled rubber. Armorgrip™ ™ is waterproof, resilient and UV resistant.
 the need for a more installer friendly surface. The Evoflex™ base mat is supplied in 0.5 m x 1.0 m panels with the point-load-bearing fabric reinforcing layer already fused on. Panels are easier to install than rolls and there is less wastage. The Armorgrip™ coating a 1-component moisture cured material that can easily installed by roller, brush or hopper spray-gun.
